Job summary

Codex is seeking a Project Lead in Canada to own end-to-end EPM implementations using Vena. You will lead delivery from discovery to go-live, gather requirements, and design budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions while remaining hands-on with configuration, testing, and training.

You will mentor junior consultants, build strong client relationships, and play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact projects across North America with hybrid work and ~20% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing Vena in a consulting environment.
• 2+ years leading projects or managing implementation delivery.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience with Vena required; familiarity with Prophix, Tagetik, Cognos TM1 or Oracle Hyperion Planning is a plus.
• Technical experience with SQL, OLAP/relational databases, ETL processes, and advanced Excel.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead client-facing engagements and mentor team members.
