Our Client a sole distributor for a comprehensive range of high-quality HVAC solutions in Singapore, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Site Engineer(ACMV/ HVAC).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To engage in project engineering of ACMV Systems.
  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
  • To lead and communicate with our Site Engineer and Site Supervisor.
  • Controlling the cost of the materials and labour.
  • Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring of project progress.
  • Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects such as consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities, environmental agencies and federal entities etc to ensure successful implementation of the project.
  • Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed.
  • Scheduling the construction work of the day.
  • Laying down the preferred construction methods.
  • Ensure proper project documentation.
  • Monitor and report project progression to management.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Min. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
  • Min. 3 years of experience in ACMV works.
  • Able to perform using AutoCad and other drawing applications
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD drawings
