Qualifications

• Experience working with a general contractor either in a full-time role or through an internship.

Responsibilities

• Obtain construction related permits from local agencies.
• Assist in subcontractor solicitation and contracting.
• Ensure proper notices are filed and posted.
• Update a variety of project logs, status reports, and communication.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the project team.

Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Education

A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or waterproofing, restoration, reclad and siding field
