Project Engineer (ACMV - Air Conditioning, Immediate, Training Provided)

Overseeing and coordinating construction activities, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Project management: Develop and manage construction schedules, monitor work progress, and ensure project completion within time and budget constraints.

Site operations: Conduct site inspections, manage daily site operations, and ensure that construction works adhere to approved drawings, quality procedures, and EHS requirements.

Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues, discuss project requirements, and manage stakeholder communication.

Reporting and documentation: Prepare project reports, maintain project documentation, and ensure all necessary records and submissions are handled correctly and on time.

Quality and safety: Implement and maintain quality control procedures and ensure strict compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations and best practices.

Resource management: Determine project resource requirements and manage manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
  • With 1 - 3 years relevant experience in construction / engineering / project delivery (site or office environment).
  • Proven track record in planning, executing and monitoring project activities to ensure schedule, cost and quality targets are met.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and method statements; comfort liaising with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required and supervise site operations when needed.
