What You’ll Do

As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in driving project success, acting as the technical liaison between front-end business teams and manufacturing. Reporting to the Manager, Engineering, you will:

  • Review client contracts, specifications, and prepare technical risk registers.
  • Develop and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) aligned with customer and internal requirements.
  • Review engineering drawings, calculations, and ensure compliance with production capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve technical issues, clarify specifications, and deliver outstanding solutions.
  • Provide support during internal and client kickoff meetings, offering technical expertise to ensure project alignment.
  • Assist in root cause analysis, technical clarifications, and NDE (non-destructive examination) process adherence.
  • Support field services during site visits, resolving on-site technical challenges.
Your Expertise

We’re looking for someone with:

  • An Engineering Degree (or equivalent education and experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments (process equipment, heat exchangers, piping, and air coolers).
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards: ASME BPV, TEMA, API-660, API-661, NACE.
  • Exposure to manufacturing processes (heat transfer, pressure testing, NDE, QA/QC).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the capability to handle projects independently.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Office and heavy industrial fabrication shop environments (PPE required).
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, climb stairs, and bend as part of shop floor activities.
