Job Description

Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager, the Project Engineer will support engineering and equipment package management for the Project Team based at the Calgary head office.

Responsibilities

The Project Engineer is a vital member of the project execution team. The ideal candidate will develop a strong understanding of Enersul’s technologies and equipment, and build excellent relationships with project teams for both new and existing clients. Key goals include, but are not limited to:

• Participating in technical reviews with the client’s EPC or technical group.

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks during client interactions related to quality and expediting.
• Managing customer expectations during project delivery in collaboration with the project team.
• Implementing a 'Zero Defect' approach during manufacturing and fabrication phases.
• Coordinating with sub-vendors on technical information and procurement-related commercial matters.
• Collaborating with R&D on new product initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

• Engineering Degree or equivalent technical background.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in technical roles within industries such as oil & gas, manufacturing, or machinery design.
• Strong understanding of design principles.
• Project management experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
