Job summary

A construction firm is seeking a Project Engineer to plan and supervise work progress at project sites. Key responsibilities include ensuring projects meet schedule and budget requirements, attending site meetings, and coordinating with consultants and subcontractors. Qualifications

Position Title: Project Engineer

Working Location: Woodlands

Working Hours: Monday – Saturday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)

Salary Package: Basic salary up to $6,000 + VB

Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, supervise, and monitor work progress at the project site.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in line with safety standards and client requirements.
  • Attend site meetings on behalf of the company and carry out site measurements as needed.
  • Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings.
  • Prepare, manage, and submit all required project documentation.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to support smooth project execution.

Qualifications
  • Degree in Civil Engineering with around 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Good knowledge of main contract works, including reinforced concrete, structural steel, architectural, M&E, and related trades.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in Civil/Construction/Structural Engineering or similar field is an advantage.
  • This position will take on project management responsibilities.
