Job summary

A construction firm based in Alberta, Canada is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to manage project documentation, budgets, and timelines. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and strong organizational skills. This position requires the ability to work autonomously and coordinate team efforts effectively. Opportunities for innovative input during project design meetings are encouraged.

Role & Responsibility:
  • Maintaining project documentation.

  • Plan and manage team goals and new information.
  • Coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a project coordinator or support role
