• 15+ years of civil infrastructure or heavy construction experience.

• Proven ability to develop teams and build client relationships.
• Engineering or Construction Management background preferred

The Role

The Project Director will provide leadership across multiple active projects while overseeing operational performance, financial reporting, safety, staffing, risk management, client relationships, and overall project delivery.You will work closely with senior leadership to drive operational excellence and support the continued growth of the business.
