We are seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee and deliver high-quality projects from start to finish.

Job Summary

You’ll lead construction projects from inception to completion—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and up to quality and safety standards. This role demands strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, and resource management. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership Oversee all project phases; define strategies, timelines, and goals. Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues.
  • Financial Oversight Set and manage budgets. Control costs, negotiate contracts and change orders.
  • Stakeholder & Team Management Liaise with clients, consultants, government agencies, and contractors. Lead project teams and align all parties.
  • Quality & Safety Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance. Conduct regular site inspections.
  • Risk & Problem Solving Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and resolve unexpected challenges.
  • Continuous Improvement Drive innovation, adopt best practices, and evaluate projects to enhance future performance.
Requirements
