A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Project Coordinator in Vancouver. This full-time role involves maintaining project systems, assisting project managers, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role, strong communication skills, and be proficient in MS Excel. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $48,000 to $66,000 annually.
You are a Project Coordinator who will maintain project systems and procedures including master filing system, project billings, cost accounting, project delivery status and reporting. Utilizing your administrative and customer service skills, you will provide technical and administrative support, including assisting project managers with scheduling, reporting and compliance. You have a thorough knowledge of safety, quality, and scheduling of multiple projects.
This is a full-time opportunity based on a 40-hour, 5-day work week, adjusted to meet project demands over weekends.

48,000 – 66,000 Annually
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
