A leading construction and telecommunications firm is seeking a Project Coordinator in Edmonton, Canada. This role involves maintaining project systems, supporting project managers, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of administrative experience, strong communication skills, and is proficient in MS Excel. The position is hybrid requiring some office presence and offers competitive compensation between $56,800 and $78,100 annually.
You are a Project Coordinator who is looking for a future opportunity in Western Canada. You will maintain project systems and procedures including master filing system, project billings, cost accounting, project delivery status and reporting, and material procurement tracking. Utilizing your administrative and customer service skills, you will provide technical and administrative support, including assisting project managers with scheduling, reporting and compliance. You have a thorough knowledge of safety, quality, and scheduling of multiple projects.
