Here’s some of what you can expect as part of the role:

  • Support project scoping, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and resource coordination across teams, ensuring dependencies and priorities are clearly documented and tracked.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams by organizing tasks, tracking action items, and ensuring teams have the information and tools needed to execute effectively.
  • Track milestones, budgets, risks, and issues; proactively escalate concerns and recommend mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and quality standards.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status updates, dashboards, and reports; facilitate meetings and follow‑ups to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Support project close‑out activities by validating deliverables, collecting lessons learned, and maintaining accurate project documentation and final reports.
  • Coordinate ongoing client service requirements, ensuring timely execution, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of service delivery processes.
  • Provide occasional coordination support for inside sales and warehouse management teams, helping align project timelines with operational needs.
The Who…

The be a successful Project Coordinator, you’ll have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in project coordination or project support roles within cross‑functional environments.
  • Fluency in English; French is a strong asset.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and best practices, with the ability to support multiple concurrent projects.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross‑functional teams across multiple regions or territories.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information for diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft platforms (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Hands‑on experience with project management tools (Zoho or equivalent), including schedule tracking and reporting.
