Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and manage interior design projects from initiation to completion.
  • Liaise with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Prepare project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee procurement of materials, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any project-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with design standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare project documentation, including reports, contracts, and handover files.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in [related field] or equivalent experience.
