A North American construction company is seeking new engineering graduates for a role involving project site responsibilities across various market segments. You will participate in the Alberici Career Training (ACT) program, manage project documentation, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to ensure project success. This position is designed for new engineering graduates. You will be based on project sites in a variety of market segments, including, but not limited to, water treatment, heavy industrial, industrial process, food and beverage, and civil. You will have the opportunity to participate in the Alberici Career Training (ACT) program, where over the course of a year, you will gain exposure to every aspect of our business.
On a day‑to‑day basis, you will be responsible for a defined portion of a project and accountable for establishing effective working relationships with clients and managing the flow of information and documents between Alberici and the client. You will maintain accurate project documents, including schedules, as‑built drawings, submittals, logs, and test results. You will work closely with the superintendent and subcontractors to plan and coordinate upcoming work, obtaining, tracking, and expediting the delivery of equipment and materials to the site. You will also assist the project manager in monitoring the status of the project and identifying opportunities to manage the project more effectively.
