A recruitment agency is seeking a Project Coordinator in Winnipeg to manage project documentation and schedules for multi-family building construction. We are seeking a Project Coordinator with experience in multi-family building construction to join our client in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Salary : $65,000 to $85,000 annually
Job Type : Full-time, Permanent

Manage and maintain all project documentation (RFIs, site instructions, logs, drawings) and ensure accurate construction schedules using MS Project.
Submit applications for development / building permits and arrange temporary / permanent services (Gas, Power, Water, Sewer, Bell et al).
Track and manage change orders, back-charges, deficiencies, delays, and warranty claims; coordinate resolution of procurement, scheduling, and quality issues.
Liaise with clients, owners, and internal teams; organize meetings, prepare communication charts, and ensure timely updates on project progress and risks.
Order and coordinate material deliveries, assist with billing documents, progress claims, and support site supervisors during visits.
Post‑secondary education in Building Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a Red Seal Trade qualification (or equivalent experience).
Strong communication, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Basic understanding of construction processes, ability to read blueprints, and familiarity with MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
Problem‑solving mindset with experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and resolving project issues.
Experience with construction management software considered an asset; willingness to learn new systems and grow in a dynamic environment.
