A leading engineering firm in Vancouver is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of transmission and substation projects. This full-time role involves working closely with the Project Manager and technical leads. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, a degree in engineering, and excellent communication skills. AtkinsRéalisProject Delivery has an exciting full time career opportunity for a Project Coordinator. Based out of our Vancouver office, our Project Coordinators are responsible for supporting the timely and efficient delivery of transmission and substation projects for major utility clients.
This position reports to the Project Manager. You will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager and working alongside technical leads, project schedulers and cost controllers.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who embraces the opportunity to work on a variety of projects concurrently and have a background in Utilities, Construction or Engineering. Projects vary in size and complexity, resulting in the necessity to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously. It is an expectation that the Project Coordinator will support the project team with activities including, but not limited to, estimating, scheduling, quality assurance, engineering, procurement support, construction management support and safety.
Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $80,000 - $100,000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
