Opportunity at Microserve
On behalf of Microserve's IT clients, the Project Coordinator coordinates all aspects of IT Hardware Provisioning, including the purchase or lease of PC hardware, the maintenance of an online procurement catalogue, tracking and following up on orders and shipments, and inventory management. This position will report to the Service Delivery Manager.
The Project Coordinator is also responsible for gathering and organizing information about existing legacy hardware devices to assist and direct service technicians in an efficient and high-quality Technology Refresh Program.
A successful Project Coordinator should possess a combination of order management, customer service skills, and strong IT acumen.
In accordance with the BC Pay Transparency Act the range for this role for BC residents is $21 - $28 per hour.
