14North Construction Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team and help coordinate our commercial and industrial construction projects.

The coordinator role is an expansive position that plays a vital role in each step of the experience our clients receive from 14North. Our coordinators gets to be involved in all key departments and decisions, leading to a fast paced variety of tasks each and everyday.

The chosen candidate will posses the following skills:

  • Knowledge and experience in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of business management and administration
  • Knowledge of employment laws and occupational health and safety standards
  • Good mathematical skills, be meticulous and detail oriented
  • Ability to read, interpret and develop build based on drawings
  • Skills in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License
  • Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization and execution skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently in a busy environment
  • Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
  • Able to work well under pressure and deadlines
