About the Opportunity

Working closely with project managers, site staff, consultants, and clients, you will help ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Position

  • Assist project managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
  • Maintain and track project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, submittals, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project scope and schedule.
  • Support procurement activities including the preparation of tender documents, tracking of bids, and issuance of purchase orders.
  • Monitor construction schedules and assist with updates, identifying potential risks or delays and supporting mitigation efforts.
  • Help ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly project reports, budget tracking, and forecasting.
  • Participate in project meetings and prepare/distribute accurate documentation and follow-up items.
  • Conduct regular site visits (as needed) to monitor progress and support site coordination.
  • Foster a collaborative and professional working environment aligned with the company’s values and client-focused approach.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ of experience in a project coordination or construction support role, preferably within residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycle, and industry terminology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of contract administration, procurement practices, and construction documentation.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Compensation

  • Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 DOE.
  • 3-4 weeks’ vacation.
