Job summary

National Bank is seeking a Financial Services Representative in Investments to support Financial Planners with administrative investment activities while helping develop the client base. The role is hybrid and involves collaboration with a Financial Planner Manager, with opportunities to grow through training and cross-functional work.

The position emphasizes client service, compliance, and the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or college diploma and 1 year of relevant experience.
• Mutual Fund Representative (MFR) license (or obtain certification within 3 months of hiring)
• Experience in customer service and interest in business development
• Basic investment knowledge
• Experience in administrative support and in processing investment, financing and transaction products
• Proficient with IT tools and comfortable navigating digital tools
• Ability to rigorously manage several requests at the same time

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Planners in all their administrative investment activities, while participating in business development activities with clients.

• Use an advisory approach by detecting opportunities and referring clients to the right specialist.
• Propose transaction and investment solutions when analyzing client files, if required.
