We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the successful execution of mining-related projects. This position is located in Sudbury, Ontario.

What you’ll do

• Support Project Managers with project initiation, execution, reporting, and completion.
• Travel to customer sites (up to 30%) to assist with major project execution.
• Create and manage project documentation and sales orders in SAP.
• Coordinate shipping, travel, and training logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor project costs and margins.
• Maintain accurate records and generate timely reports for invoicing and project tracking.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of industry experience, preferably in a matrix organization.
• Proficient in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bilingual (French-English) with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Financially savvy with experience analyzing job costs and margins.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a technology-rich, fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
