Job summary

Jetson in North Vancouver, BC, is seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end heat pump installation processes from estimating through post-install follow-up. You will track installations, manage permitting, coordinate with warehouse and install teams, and help implement systems to streamline customer flows and operations.

The role requires PMP training preferred, strong project planning skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are looking for an extremely motivated and passionate Project Coordinator who would like to be a part of an exciting new company looking to fight climate change through disrupting the residential HVAC industry. You will coordinate the end to end process of the heat pump install from the estimate through to the post installation customer follow up.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and execute on a process for tracking the installations, including tracking prospects, assisting with customer inquiries, addressing questions regarding quotes, and scheduling walk through, install, and inspections
• Develop and manage the required permitting process for each project
• Maintain and report on all scheduled installs, coordinating with the install teams, permits, and inspection
• Coordinate with the warehouse and installation teams to ensure the right equipment, materials, and team members are allocated to the projects
• Create process documentation and training materials for new team members
• Participate in business system selection and configuration to enable delightful customer flows and efficient processes
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

What You Bring:

• PMP or related training preferred

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000 - $73,000 per annum
