Job summary

A civil general contractor in the Kamloops area is looking for Project Coordinators with 3-6 years of experience in civil works. The role is for a minimum of 6 months with a potential for permanent hire at a competitive salary of $80-100K plus daily LOA. Immediate availability preferred. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in a Project Coordination role.
• E.I.T would be an asset.
• Experience with a General Contractor and in civil works.

Responsibilities

• Assist in mobilizing a large project near Kamloops.
• Collaborate with the General Contractor on site development.
• Contribute to excavations, utilities, and construction processes.

Our Client

We are working with our Civil General Contractor client to assist in mobilizing a large project near Kamloops / Southern Interior BC. We require 3 or more Project Coordinators experienced in civil works to join our client on this exciting project for a minimum of 6 months.

Requirements

3-6 years of experience working in a Project Coordination role

E.I.T would be an asset

Experienced working for a General Contractor, knowledgeable in general civil works including excavation, site development, foundations, utilities, shoring and pipeline construction.

Strong communication skills and work ethic

Proficient in MS Office Suite, industry related softwares

Ability to work on-site for scheduled rotation, immediate availability is preferred.
