Aplin has partnered with a leader in the construction industry to hire a Junior Project Coordinator in Edmonton, AB. You will support the design and engineering team to complete commercial and industrial projects across Canada.

Your responsibilities will include administrative, coordination, project tracking, and timeline management. The role is highly visible and senior-executive facing, requiring a confident, self-starter personality who is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design team with project documentation, record keeping, and organization
  • Assist with managing project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including the Proposal team, Finance (district-specific), Engineering, and Project teams
  • Assist with proposal preparation and supporting documentation
  • Support invoicing and basic financial coordination in collaboration with Finance teams
  • Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution
  • Communicate with teams across multiple regions and disciplines
