A leading utility contractor in Canada is looking for a Project Coordinator to support construction projects. The role involves coordinating project documentation, schedules, and communication between teams and clients. Ideal candidates have a diploma in a related field and 2+ years in construction. This position includes project site work across North America with competitive benefits.
Our Transmission group is currently looking to add a Project Coordinator to our growing team, based in Western Canada (Calgary, Edmonton or Winnipeg).
The Project Coordinator supports the project team in planning, organizing, and executing construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures that project documentation, schedules, materials, and communication flow smoothly between field operations, the project management team, clients, and vendors. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
The majority of time will be spent on project sites throughout North America on a rotational schedule (for example 18/10 or 28/14) with paid accommodations, per diem, vehicle, and flights provided. When not supporting active projects, the position will be office based.
