Main Responsibilities

Responsible for handling administrative tasks for the project manager and supervisors to keep the projects running smoothly.

  • Work with supervisors to ensure safety requirements are met
  • Sharing budgeted production information with supervisors
  • Assist project manager with production reporting and survey reconciliation
  • Assist project manager with requisition and PO management
  • Assist project manager with scheduling
  • Provide support to project manager and supervisors
  • Cost coding, allocation and tracking
  • Assist team members with technology and communicate with company tech support
  • Record and distribute minutes from weekly production meetings
  • Management and tracking of fuel and hour meter readings
  • Coordinate with LodgeLink for hotel bookings for crew
  • Other duties as required
Employment Requirements
  • Must comply with all company policies including, but not limited to Code of ethics and Company safety policies and procedures.
  • Must perform duties safely around mobile equipment and have a high sense of safety awareness while performing work on project sites and roads.
  • Use of Personal Protective Equipment is required.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with the team, clients and internal or external resources.
  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times.
  • Occasionally overtime and travel is required
Compensation Data

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 CAD. The final compensation package will be determined based on factors including the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
