Job summary

Ultimate Renovations is seeking a Project Coordinator to connect our project management team, trades, and clients on residential renovation projects in Calgary. You will support documentation, scheduling, and coordination to keep projects on track and, when needed, communicate clearly with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, comfortable with numbers, and able to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret reports, schedules, and project documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, schedules, budgets, permits, and other project records.
• Communication: Central point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication between management, contractors, and clients.
• Resource Coordination: Coordinate materials, equipment, and resources required for residential renovation projects.
• Quality Control: Ensure orders and documentation align with project requirements and specifications.

As a Project Coordinator at Ultimate Renovations, you will play a vital role connecting our project management team, trades, and clients. You will help ensure our residential renovation projects run smoothly by supporting documentation, communication, and coordination across the team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

• Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, schedules, budgets, permits, and other project records.
• Communication: Act as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication between the project management team, contractors, and clients.
• Resource Coordination: Coordinate materials, equipment, and resources required for residential renovation projects.
• Quality Control: Ensure orders and documentation align with project requirements and specifications.

On your resume we will be looking for the following qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in roles that require managing multiple priorities and ongoing tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret reports, schedules, and project documentation.
• Previous experience in residential construction is preferred, with renovation experience considered a strong asset.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
