Qualifications

• Track project schedules using Primavera P6 or other scheduling tools.
• Support cost control activities including data entry, variance analysis, forecasting.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards and reports in EcoSys, Power BI, or Excel.
• Participate in document management and governance per company standards.
• Gather and analyze project performance data for decision making.
• Assist in standardizing PMO processes and workflows.
• Support procurement tracking and reporting.
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes and follow-ups.

Overview

A motivated Project Controls Intern to support the team in managing project schedules, costs, and reporting. Provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands‑on experience in project controls. Opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a fast‑paced environment.

Duration

We are currently seeking students available for a Winter 2027 co‑op placement . Opportunities are available for students seeking 4, 8, 12, or 16-month work terms , with placements beginning in January 2027 .

Your role

• Assist in tracking project schedules using Primavera P6 or other scheduling tools.
• Support cost control activities, including data entry, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Help develop and maintain project dashboards and reports using EcoSys, Power BI, or Excel.
• Participate in document management and governance activities, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Gather and analyze project performance data to support decision‑making.
• Assist in standardizing processes and workflows within the PMO framework.
• Support procurement tracking and reporting to streamline project execution.
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes, action logs, and follow‑ups.

About you
