As a Project Controls Analyst, you will work closely with our Lead project controls analyst to build trusted partnerships with our Project Managers and technical teams, strengthening cost control, forecasting accuracy, resource planning, and overall project performance across a diverse portfolio of environmental management projects.

You’ll apply your analytical expertise and financial acumen to monitor budgets, track project performance, and identify emerging risks early across a large project portfolio, while helping project teams navigate scope changes, forecasting updates, and performance recovery where needed. • Strong proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with Oracle financial systems, ERP platforms, project reporting tools, or similar project accounting systems.
  • Experience supporting multi-disciplinary environmental, regulatory, remediation, infrastructure, mining, energy, or resource-sector projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with technical and project leadership teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
