Arcadis in Toronto is seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to join our Mission Critical architecture team, overseeing design and technical development for data center projects. This role requires a professional license and 8-10 years of data center experience, with strong leadership and BIM

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and the ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production, and coordination of data center and mission critical technical drawings through all project phases—from Concept Design through to Construction Documentation
• Oversee the development and integration of design solutions, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and regulations
• Manage multiple projects, providing technical guidance to junior staff and ensuring adherence to design intent, quality standards, and client objectives
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate the smooth delivery of projects
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with scope and performance goals

Arcadis' is seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic Mission Critical architecture team contributing to a range of high-profile data center and mission critical projects. In this role, you’ll oversee the architectural design and technical development, ensuring that our workplace solutions meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and functionality.

Role accountabilities:

• Lead the production, and coordination of data center and mission critical technical drawings through all project phases—from Concept Design through to Construction Documentation

The salary range for this position is $93,000-$139,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
