We are currently looking for a Project and Operations Manager – CyberSecurity to join our CyberSecurity team. This position reports to the Director of unit – Enterprise IT, Cybersecurity and Business Systems.

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver cybersecurity projects in line with established goals, budgets, and timelines
  • Lead and coordinate projects involving multiple technical teams and business units.
  • Maintain and update security policies, procedures, and controls
  • Ensure the compliance of IT environments with regulatory and industry frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.)
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the cybersecurity program
  • Coordinate the management of major incidents, including remediation and internal/external communications
  • Act as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity matters with other departments.
  • Coordinate the security team’s contribution to requests for proposals (RFPs) in collaboration with sales and technical teams
  • University degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, including at least 3 years in a team or project management role
  • Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, etc.)
  • Experience with risk management, compliance, and incident response
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives to completion
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Fluent in both French and English
