While the WSIB's current work environment is hybrid, this role requires the successful applicant to commit to an in‑office work arrangement up to 5 days a week beginning in 2026.

The WSIB’s Claims Transformation Office is a key partner in achieving the goals of the organization and is currently responsible for the overall management of a large internal systems project. The position is responsible for providing support to the Claims Transformation Office of a large‑scale project in the analysis of documentation/data and development of project deliverables. This role will ensure the regular updating of project management plans and status reports, as well as assisting in the timely communication with project stakeholders related to decisions, risks and issues. In addition, this role will support the claims transformation office to ensure project sponsors and project managers are kept up to date on the project lifecycle.
