Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to join our growing Projects team in Mississauga, Ontario.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Projects the Project Administrator will be responsible for providing critical administrative services while continuously striving towards producing high quality deliverables and providing high-level office support.

The tasks you'll perform
  • Meeting and greeting Clients, visitors and staff, in a prompt professional manner.
  • Managing phone activity in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Organizing and coordinating project meetings and workshops
  • Preparing and formatting project related documents, minutes of meetings and reports.
  • Providing assistance to the Projects team, as and when required.
The expertise you'll bring
  • Driven and determined to achieve objectives through continued professional development.
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate an ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues across all business units.
  • Strong Microsoft Office. Excel, word processing and data entry skills.
  • Experience as an administrator or a similar administrative role will be highly regarded but not compulsory.
