A leading cybersecurity company in Canada is seeking a Project Administrator to support its MIS Project Management Team. Responsibilities include handling finance and legal reviews, maintaining project management databases, and report generation. The ideal candidate possesses at least 2 years of project administration experience in IT, strong organizational and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The position offers a competitive salary between $80,000 and $90,000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package.
In this role, you will work directly with Fortinet's MIS Project Management Team for IT Deployments. You will be responsible for assisting Project Managers with conducting finance and legal reviews, submitting purchase requests, and ensuring that internal databases are kept up to date. You will work assisting the Project Managers to create detailed reports in regards to project budget, and purchase request status updates. You will gather and provide requested information to Fortinet’s procurement review team, helping to ensure that purchases and contracts are executed in accordance with company procedures and industry best practices.
Duration: 12 months Contract
The Canada base salary range for this contract full-time position is expected to be between $80,000 - $90,000 annually. Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labour market, job type, and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, and experience.
