Ontario First Nations Technical Services Corporation (OFNTSC) is seeking a Project Administrator to provide administrative and project coordination support to the Housing team, infrastructure projects, and CMHC-funded initiatives. Under the Director of Operations, you will manage correspondence, coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and maintain documentation.
Qualifications include a high school diploma (office administration preferred), CMHC knowledge, and strong MS Office skills.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Administrator to join our team at OFNTSC. Under the guidance of the Director of Operations, the Project Administrator will provide administrative and project coordination support to the Housing team, infrastructure projects, CMHC-funded initiatives, and other technical service contracts. This position requires a strong administrative background, strong organizational skills, and time management skills.
These tasks must be executed in alignment with the culture and values of OFNTSC while maintaining strict confidentiality.
