We’re hiring a Project Admin Officer to manage project variations and ensure compliance with contract documentation processes. If you have experience in verifying project submissions, maintaining accurate records, or contract administration, this role could be a great fit for you.

📍 Nearest MRT: Lavender
🕘 Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 9.00am – 6.30pm, Fri: 9.00am – 6.00pm
💰 Salary: Up to $5000/month
🚩 Start Date: Immediate
📅 Duration: 1-year contract

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Verify the accuracy of project details provided by consultants in variation order forms.
  • Cross-check consultants' submissions with the established checklist.
  • Keep a precise record of all variation orders submitted by consultants.
  • Review and validate payment documentation for projects prior to submission to the Contract Manager to ensure compliance with the established checklist.
  • Conduct a thorough evaluation of consultants' variation submissions before forwarding them to the Contract Manager.
  • Any other duties assigned.
Requirements
  • Proficient in English.
  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor or related field.
  • Previous experience in a construction-related role.
