Job summary

A construction project management firm based in Ontario is seeking a candidate to provide administrative support to the project team. Responsibilities include logistics coordination, managing project documentation, handling procurement, and client servicing. Ideal candidates should have a diploma and preferably 2 years of experience in the construction industry. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Provide general administrative support to the project team, including preparation of work orders, logistics coordination, and project activity schedules.

Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders on all project-related matters.

Manage and maintain filing systems for project documentation, including submissions, schedules, drawings, and reports from commencement to completion.

Handle purchase requests, liaise with the commercial team, and ensure timely procurement of project materials and equipment.

Prepare, submit, and follow up on project claims.

Perform client servicing duties for project enquiries and ad-hoc tasks assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience in Construction industry
  • Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills for engaging with both internal and external parties to support project-related activities.
  • Good planning, organizing, coordination and follow-up skills
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure with minimum supervision
