Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and manage accounts payable inbox.
• Prepare bi-weekly EFT and credit card payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain financial records.
• Complete accounts payable and receivable administrative tasks.
• Prepare and submit monthly billing packages.
• Collaborate with Project Management and Accounting.
