This position requires an effective leader who can plan, organize, and execute a program consisting of multiple engineering and architectural projects supporting major transit clients.
The Program Manager will develop and maintain contacts with client staff and executives to develop leads and sustain relationships. They will assist in identifying project managers and project team members, coordinate strategy, technical writing, and fee development for effective proposals. This individual will mentor project team members and foster a working environment where project staff will work together cooperatively to deliver projects on‑time and on‑budget.
GFT’s program offers planning, engineering, assessment, testing, and commissioning services and extensive experience in rail and bus systems, transit facilities, and civil and structural infrastructure.
The salary range for this role is $152,000.00 - $240,000.00. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
