Reports To : Senior Director of People and Programs

Location : Regina, SK

Employment : Full Time 40 hrs / wk

Compensation : $25.50 - $30.00 / hr

About the Role

Street Culture Project is launching The Treehouse — a vibrant, youth-centered hybrid space designed to promote wellness, belonging, and holistic growth. We’re looking for a compassionate and strategic Program Manager to lead this exciting initiative from the ground up. This is your opportunity to shape a space that truly puts young people first.

What You’ll Do

Program Oversight & Development

  • Support the creation and daily operations of The Treehouse program
  • Lead and run youth wellness, mental health, life skills, and employment groups
  • Ensure the space is safe, welcoming, and youth-centered
  • Hire, train, and support a team of frontline program staff
  • Develop individualized PDPs and provide regular coaching and mentorship
  • Guide staff in navigating complex youth support needs

Partnerships & Community Engagement

  • Build collaborative relationships with community organizations and services
  • Coordinate with overnight emergency access point partners
  • Advocate for youth and remove barriers to accessing support

Facilitation & Direct Support

  • Lead group sessions and workshops
  • Provide one-on-one support to youth in crisis or transition
  • Assist youth with navigating systems and reaching personal goals

Program Administration

  • Manage scheduling, resources, and day-to-day logistics
  • Maintain the space, including the food pantry
  • Track outcomes and provide reports to leadership and funders

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in youth care or human services
  • 1+ years of leadership / management experience
  • Bachelors’ education in a related field
  • Strong understanding of justice system, trauma, and youth development
  • High emotional intelligence, organization, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Regina’s social service systems and how to navigate them
  • Proven ability to lead teams, coach staff, and model strengths-based practice
  • A heart for youth, and a mind for problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation
