Job summary

Foster Nation is seeking a mission-driven Program Manager to lead the Sparks mentorship program and drive rapid expansion. You will own program design, growth, and operations while ensuring youth served feel seen, supported, and empowered.

The ideal candidate holds an MSW and has experience in child welfare or nonprofit work, with strong leadership and data-driven decision skills. This is a hybrid Los Angeles County position with in-person events several times a month.

Qualifications

• MSW degree required for this role.
• Experience in child welfare systems or nonprofit operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis intervention skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead scaling efforts for Sparks mentorship program with an adaptable, scalable curriculum.
• Oversee program implementation, case management, and crisis intervention.
• Engage stakeholders and partners across community and government entities.
• Supervise program staff and foster professional development and accountability.
• Utilize Salesforce to track outcomes and drive data-informed decisions.
• Support grant processes with program data and impact storytelling.
