We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our program management team in Montreal, Canada. In this role, you will support Lightspeed payments program portfolio, with the execution of cross‑functional initiatives that drive Lightspeed’s Go‑To‑Market (GTM) strategy forward and improve business performance. Working within the CRO’s office, you will collaborate with stakeholders across GTM and the wider Lightspeed organization to ensure structured, transparent, and results‑driven execution of key programs.
As a Program Manager, you will act as a Program Management Business Partner to departmental leaders, helping align their goals with broader company objectives, and supporting their execution with rigor and accountability. This role requires the ability to manage complex, fast‑moving projects, facilitate collaboration, drive clarity in execution, and contribute to Lightspeed’s overall operating model.
