ABOUT THIS CAREER OPPORTUNITY
Black & McDonald is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Capital & Operations to support its Capital Projects portfolio. This senior role is responsible for the end-to-end leadership of a large, integrated CAPEX and OPEX program, encompassing capital delivery, operational project execution, lifecycle asset management initiatives, and continuous improvement activities. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Program Manager acts as the senior program authority for all project-related work delivered under the contract and serves as a key interface with customer stakeholders.
The expected salary range for this role is between $120,000 - $150,000 per year. The starting salary will be determined based on several factors such as the successful candidate’s qualifications, including but not limited to education and experience. Base pay is one component of Black & McDonald’s total rewards package. Total rewards vary by position and may include additional offerings such as group insurance benefits, pension plan, annual discretionary bonus, career development programs, and other HR programs.
