Gauge-Rite (2011) Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead automotive fixture programs from award to delivery in Oldcastle, ON. You will coordinate customers, suppliers, and internal teams to meet scope, schedule, and quality targets.

The role requires 3+ years in program management within automotive tooling, strong GD&T knowledge, and excellent communication. Travel up to 25% is expected; PMP or related technical education is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in automotive or tooling.
• Strong knowledge of automotive checking fixtures, tooling, or manufacturing processes, including GD&T.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project), experience with CAD software an asset.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• PMP certification or relevant technical education is a plus.
• Willingness to travel (up to 25%).

As we grow, we’re looking for a skilled and organized Program Manager to lead projects from concept to completion and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.

Position Overview:

As a Program Manager, you will act as the central point of contact between our customers, internal teams, and suppliers. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously—ensuring scope, timing, budget, and quality targets are met. Your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain clear, proactive communication will be critical to our success.
