Job summary

LTIMindtree Canada is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead AIML initiatives. You will partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to translate business objectives into scalable AI solutions and guide cross-functional projects from concept to production.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical foundations in data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps, and has proven leadership across complex programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in technical program/project management with at least 3 years delivering AIML data science or advanced analytics solutions.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of AIML methodologies data engineering and data science workflows.
• Proven experience with cloud-based AI platforms (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI).
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira Confluence or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication skills bridging technical detail and business impact.
• Certifications: Must have two out of the following.

Responsibilities

• Define structure and drive complex AIML programs aligned to business goals for automation, efficiency, and growth.
• Oversee the end-to-end development cycle of AI models—from data curation and prototyping to training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, and data engineers to deliver integrated AIML features on time.
• Identify technical, data, and adoption risks; implement mitigation strategies.
• Champion ethical AI practices ensuring data privacy, security, and fairness standards.
• Coordinate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for robust MLOps, cloud readiness, and model monitoring.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating progress and ROI clearly.
