  • Pay Rate: C$110–C$130/hr
Job Summary

The Project Manager will oversee and apply governance to secure banking digital transformation initiatives. This includes implementing new frameworks, managing risk, overseeing resource planning, and ensuring project alignment with organizational priorities. The role requires strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, financial services experience, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the project delivery framework, including processes, tools, templates, and best practices
  • Implement and manage governance structures across project lifecycles
  • Guide project intake and assessment processes to align with strategic priorities
  • Forecast and plan resource capacity across multiple initiatives
  • Manage portfolio dashboards and consolidate status reports for leadership
  • Support strategic planning and prioritization cycles
  • Drive adoption of project management best practices and continuous improvement
  • Evaluate and monitor business cases and ROI for key projects
  • Track benefits realization for completed initiatives
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders including senior executives
Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in project management (banking/financial services preferred)
  • Proven experience in governance frameworks, risk management, and performance reporting
  • Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Financial management, budgeting, and resource planning
  • Strong track record leading large-scale projects and programs
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • PMP and CSM certifications
  • Bilingualism (English/French)
  • Experience with secure banking transformation programs
