About the Role

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Program Manager plays a pivotal role in connecting and aligning engineering, marketing, production, operations, and sales on product and customer-related initiatives. The Program Manager ensures seamless execution of programs such as new product launches and onboarding large accounts, while driving process improvements and managing risk. You’ll oversee cross-functional collaboration, customer engagement, and program governance to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Execution
  • Define scope, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines for new initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Monitor tasks, activities, and costs throughout program phases.
  • Establish change management processes for product revisions.
Customer Engagement
  • Partner with customers to define product specifications and contractual terms.
  • Manage expectations and ensure commitments are met.
  • Support onboarding of new customers and OEM setups.
Process Development & Compliance
  • Draft and implement SOPs and processes in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks proactively.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Track and report program status at regular intervals.
  • Provide updates on costs, timelines, and open issues.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
  • Post-secondary education in a technical or engineering field, or work experience in a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in program management, project management, or leading teams in a related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven with ability to manage complex programs.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with change management and process improvement methodologies.
  • Professional designation or eligibility is an asset.
