A leading Canadian service provider is seeking a Program Manager in Edmonton. The role focuses on managing staffing and program outcomes, ensuring contract compliance, and overseeing service delivery. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring contract compliance, managing staffing and program outcomes, and overseeing Client admissions and service delivery. Key duties include reporting on outcomes, developing service materials, collaborating with stakeholders, facilitating team meetings, addressing issues, and ensuring service goals are met. The role also involves conflict resolution, staff mentorship, hiring, training, standardizing onboarding, and generating reports to track performance metrics.
