First Nations Jobs Online is seeking a results-driven individual to join the Program Design and Implementation Branch, focusing on program evaluation and research in corrections.
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in statistical analysis and program audits, contributing to the improvement of correctional programs. We advocate for diversity and inclusion in our hiring process.
Corrections is a unique part of the justice and public safety system that directly helps to keep Ontario’s communities safe. While the courts decide who is placed in our custody and under our supervision, we have an opportunity to positively influence the course of a person’s life and help reduce the chance that they will return to the justice system after their current term of custody or supervision.
The Program Design and Implementation Branch offers the perfect opportunity for a results-driven individual with strong strategic program evaluation and research design skills, advanced statistical training, and a passion for continuous improvement.
